The death of IE6, this time by Microsoft!

Ie3-death

Microsoft has taken a huge step by creating this website in order to promote the decrease of the IE6 Market Share.
As stated by the Microsoft people themselves:

10 years ago a
browser was born.

Its name was Internet Explorer 6. Now that we’re in 2011, in an era of modern web standards, it’s time to say goodbye.
This website is dedicated to watching Internet Explorer 6 usage drop to less than 1% worldwide, so more websites can choose to drop support for Internet Explorer 6, saving hours of work for web developers. “

The website has a very cool map that shows a live map of the dead Browser. It is interesting to see that most of the IE6 users are in China. Maybe that is why it held so strong all these years.

Anyway, well done Microsoft! Well done!

Google Pimps Out Personal Profiles! That’s cool!

If you visit https://profiles.google.com today, you will notice that Google has changed the Google Profiles pages! They have made a major change towards the best in my opinion.

What I miss is my SideWiki posts… I guess they are going to kill this feature? Unless there is a way to activate SideWiki again.

Moso is a FREE Mac app for adding animations to a video file

This is a cool FREE Mac app that gives users the power to overlay 2 dimensional effects over a video file and create funny visual effects that remind me of the days of the WHAM BANGS of the classic Batman series!

You can read more about this app on this TNW post.

Also, you can export your videos to your favourite social networks, which is a cool bonus.

Enjoy!
