Ok, since I got my iPad I have lost my sleep completely! It is fascinating that out of all the things that I do with the device the thing I enjoy most at this time is reading my favourite COMICS! Yeah, I am re-living my childhood/teen excitement for Comics and reading them on the iPad is soooo much better than the real thing. If you have one, or you are thinking of getting one and you like comics, then I highly recommend doing the whole comic & iPad thing.

In the future, when I have more free time on my hands, I plan to write a post about the best Comic Book readers available on the App Store. Which one do you use and why? Send me a message to help with my research and I will refer to you in my post.

Cheers!

Marvel’s reader is the Comicology one – same database too. Comic Zeal is one of the best (many ways to “send” comics to ipad), but my favorite is Bookman: has a browser to download a comic STRAIGHT to the app (except the usual like ftp, dropbox, etc) and is free! need some improvement but is a must!

Thanks Kosta for your tips! I have already tried bookman and think it is great but Comic Zeal for me is better. I just love the assisted panning option. Oh, did you know Stanza has had an upgrade that makes it now support Comic Books? That is also Free and a very professionally made app. Have you tried it out with comics?
